Operation Pull-ups: Day 4

I guess with 3 days of improvement under my belt, I shouldn't be overly concerned that I didn't see any today. Only managed two, but I'm feeling them big time from the past few days. That plus just the past few days of regular workouts taking a toll too. Some nice rest will help :)


  1. I'm impressed. I've been working on pullups the past few months too. I'm almost there...I require so much less help then when I started but the fact that you can do them on your own is just AWESOME!!!!

  2. When I see women cranking out a set of these it is just *awesome,* I love it! I'll be happy with a solid set of 5-6 to start...would love to see 8 to 10 by the end of the year! Join me! :)
